Job Description

The Director of Estates and Facilities Transformation will lead the Estates and Facilities team, delivering services from multiple sites across South and Mid Essex. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic input for the management of the trust's estates, facilities, and capital investment program
  • Leveraging expertise to develop and implement transformation plans for the overall estates footprint
  • Fostering collaboration with healthcare partners to enhance service delivery and meet local population needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent/proven post-graduate level ability and experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Extensive experience of working at executive management level within the NHS, ideally within a related field
