We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working towards a high degree of professional autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based expert clinical care to patients, demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions based on knowledge and experience.
- Conduct holistic individual consultations using a range of assessment methods, including medical history taking, physical assessment, and clinical investigations.
- Order and interpret investigations, laboratory tests, and imaging, and act on results as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with patients to empower them to make informed choices about their health and healthcare.
- Implement and manage evidence-based therapeutic programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Work in partnership with other clinical teams to optimize health outcomes and resources.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medicine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on evidence and experience.
