Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage logistics operations to meet customer demands and company objectives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation companies to ensure seamless delivery of products
- Develop and implement best practices in logistics to improve operational and financial performance
- Manage and maintain the dispatch function to provide a robust, controlled, and efficient service to all departments
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics operations
- Previous experience in a Despatch/Logistics role
- Experience with 3PL and logistics software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in Dynamics 365 and manufacturing
- Strong IT skills and aptitude
