As an Asset Management Specialist at Insight Executive Group, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our asset management systems. This exciting opportunity is based in South East London & Kent, with a competitive salary of £45,000 (12-month Fixed Contract).

Job Description:

Facilities Management is a rapidly evolving field, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Asset Surveyor. In this role, you will support the Head of Contracts & Compliance in maintaining a precise asset register and implementing effective change controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage property-related asset data to ensure accurate records.
  • Ensure robust monitoring and control of asset management activities across multiple sites.
  • Assess and monitor asset condition data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless handover of new or replacement assets.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive PPM schedule aligned with the estate asset register and SFG20 standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in building surveying, M&E engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a professional services environment or Estate Department, with a strong understanding of H&S and quality control.
  • Extensive experience in the built environment, statutory compliance, and lifecycle planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with clients to achieve outcomes.
