Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is a key role within our production team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our semi-automated machinery. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, tuning, and monitoring the machines to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Setup and prepare the case packer/labeller machines for production
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and productivity targets
- Conduct in-process quality checks and record downtime
- Take ownership of machine performance and identify areas for improvement
- Hands-on experience with machinery and a strong understanding of machine operations
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
