P+S Personnel is seeking a skilled Crewing Officer to join their team in Lowestoft. As a key member of the Crewing Team, this role involves assisting the Crew Planner and Crew Training Administrator in various responsibilities.

• Planning and Arrangements: Assist the Crew Planner in planning and making arrangements for European fleet and smaller UK sites, under their supervision.
• Crew Scheduling: Ensure qualified manning of vessels across the Fleet by assisting the Crew Planner with crew scheduling.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Crew Planner, including creating and updating site schedules, distributing schedules to clients and crew, and managing crew annual leave requests.
• Immigration Documents: Prepare immigration documents for on-singing/off-signing crew on European sites.
• Emergency Cover: Consult with Fleet Managers for emergency cover, such as in the event of sickness.
• Crew Training: Assist the Crew Training Administrator in monitoring expiration of relevant mandatory certification for crew, course bookings for additional non-mandatory training, and arranging AED/CPR courses for new starters.
