Mariposa Care Group is a leading provider of adult care services, and we are seeking an experienced Night Care Practitioner to join our team at Kingston Court, Carlisle.

We offer competitive pay rates and enhanced overtime rates, starting at £12.04 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional income through our refer-a-friend scheme and recognition of service payments.

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of personalized care to our residents. As a Night Care Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every individual receives the highest quality of care possible.

Our recruitment process includes satisfactory background checks, including references and a criminal records check via the Disclosure and Barring Service. We require a good standard of English and numeracy skills, as well as a passion for caring for adults.

As a Night Care Practitioner, you will support our residents in living happy, healthy, and quality lives, with no two shifts being the same. You will be involved in various aspects of the home, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
