Job Title: Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Catch 22. This is a temporary role for 3+ months, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase and follow up on Service Requests (SR) and remedial works to ensure business compliance.
  • Schedule Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks with contractors.
  • Answer calls and respond to queries.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Understanding of reactive and PPM jobs.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
