International Literary Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Literary Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality literature programmes that promote cultural understanding and exchange between the UK and other countries.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of literature programmes that showcase the UK's literary talent internationally. The ideal candidate will have a good, wide knowledge of contemporary UK literature and experience of working in an international context or with different cultures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement literature programmes that align with the ODA framework and promote cultural understanding and exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK literature sector to create opportunities for international showcasing, collaboration, and professional exchange.
- Work closely with programme teams to develop and deliver high-quality literature programmes that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good, wide knowledge of contemporary UK literature and the ability to make critical judgements across different genres.
- Experience of working in an international context or with different cultures.
- A strong network of contacts across the UK literature sector.
- A track record in literature programming.
We offer a competitive salary and pension contributions, as well as additional benefits including 26,016-33,112 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits and 32 days' holiday entitlement (pro rata) plus statutory holidays.
