Sales and Customer Service Team Lead

**Job Overview:**
KILIAN PARIS is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team in London. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales and customer service targets.
You will have a proven track record of retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
**Responsibilities include:
- Setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
**Salary:** Approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per year. This includes a competitive industry salary, commission scheme eligibility, Annual Leave & Family Leave, and Product discount/Staff Product Concession monthly credit spend allowance.
**Requirements:** Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed, flexible availability across days/hours, and a proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
