Sales Development Representative

At AIM Group consultancy, we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and rewards hard work and dedication.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus commission structure. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
This role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
You will also present and demonstrate our products/services to customers, highlighting their unique value proposition. Collaborating with the sales team, you will develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
