Salary Package

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents, monitoring and improving the quality of care in compliance with CQC regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical audits, analyzing findings, and implementing improvements to enhance the service.

In this role, you will also assist managers with pre-admission clinical assessments when necessary and support RNs within the home while adhering to NMC professional regulations and guidelines. Suitable candidates will hold a current valid NMC registration, with experience in dementia, geriatric, and complex care, as well as leadership skills.
