Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Support clients with their medication and provide general care and companionship.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
- You will need to be resilient, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
