We are seeking a Psychology graduate to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor at a vibrant school in Kingston-upon-Thames. This role will provide invaluable experience in supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs.
About the RoleThis Behaviour Mentor position is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology graduate to gain experience in a dynamic school environment. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with children who have SEMH needs, providing support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with SEMH needs in a dynamic school environment
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Provide guidance and support to children to help them manage their behaviour and develop positive relationships
To be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Psychology and experience working with children with SEMH needs. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with children, teachers, and other support staff.
