About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Aberdeen - West. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and control food and labor costs to ensure profitability
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. You will also have a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
