Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Replenishment: Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
  • Pot Washing: Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen.
  • Rotating Stock: Rotate stock to ensure that older items are used before they expire.
  • Serving Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling Food: Handle food safely and hygienically to prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 Food and Hygiene Certificate: Possess a valid Level 1 Food and Hygiene certificate.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
