BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Project Budget Analyst to join our construction team in City of Westminster.

Main Objectives:
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £70,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in cost estimation software, are also essential.
