Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our Corporate Governance and CEO Support team in Farnborough. This 13-month placement offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in governance, policy management, and CEO support activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks associated with governance, policy management, and CEO support activities. This includes:
- Drafting agendas for monthly Management Committee meetings, documenting action points, and writing draft minutes.
- Maintaining the policy framework within the UK and Ireland, monitoring new and overdue policies, reviewing new BMW Group and Divisional policies, and publishing approved policies.
- Oversight and monitoring of internal service level agreements and tracking of internal audit points.
- Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks within the Corporate Governance and CEO office teams.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
