Head of Lettings Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Lettings to join our thriving independent estate agency in Winchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our lettings team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the lettings department, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching to team members to drive productivity and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Manage key client accounts and handle high-value negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and win new business through effective marketing and networking.
  • Ensure all tenancy agreements, documentation, and compliance are handled efficiently and in line with legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within lettings, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and local property market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in lettings.
