Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced school nurse to lead our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to school-aged children. As a School Nurse Leadership Role, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme, contributing to national and local priorities, and maintaining quality and service improvement in school nursing.

Main Responsibilities:">
  • To lead a team in delivering the Healthy Child Programme to school-aged children in line with service specification
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of national and local priorities for children and families
  • To contribute to maintenance of quality and service improvement in school nursing

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Registered Nurse qualification, SCPHN, and evidence of CPD. You should also have experience in multi-agency working, evidence-based practice, and communication skills. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
