About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at the Brighton Jubilee St Express store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
- Work effectively within a team, communicating openly with colleagues.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

Working Hours
We are looking for colleagues who are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, but we offer flexibility to work fewer hours if needed.
