The Thrive Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner to join its busy workshop team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Bench Joinery and woodworking experience, who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to fabricate and assemble wooden products, operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools, measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials, and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Bench Joiner Level 2 & 3, proficiency in using woodworking machinery and tools, and a strong understanding of joinery techniques and methods.

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, opportunities for overtime, ongoing training and professional development, company pension, and on-site parking.
