We are seeking an accomplished CFO to lead our finance team and drive the company's growth through strategic financial planning and execution. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing sector, preferably in a publicly listed company. They should also possess expertise in IPO offerings or extensive knowledge of publicly listed company structures.

A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA, or equivalent) with excellent leadership skills and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team is essential.

£120,000 - £150,000 per annum

The role is based in Coventry and requires the successful individual to be on-site 5 days a week.
