As a Building Site Leadership Role, you will be responsible for leading and managing building sites, overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervising trades to ensure high-quality workmanship. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site resources efficiently, ensuring effective use of plant and machinery
- Leading and motivating teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Maintaining accurate records, including health and safety documentation, and adhering to SHE principles
