As a key member of the Huws Gray Group, we are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead our Wakefield branch to success.

About Us

The Huws Gray Group is a leading supplier of building materials with a number of brands under its umbrella. Our branches across the UK serve and support local communities, but we couldn't do this without the right people.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer sales and developing your team to their full potential. You will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, being approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about your role.

You will ensure that your branch operates efficiently and in line with company policy, managing all resources within the branch, including stock, machines & vehicles.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Taking responsibility for the P&L & customer ledger
  • Generating & developing business opportunities
  • Enabling your team to reach their full potential, through regular training and development
  • Managing all resources within the branch, including stock, machines & vehicles
