Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Nightingale Discharge Support Coordinator to support the implementation of discharge policies that facilitate the registration of patients to the Nightingale Home Delivery Service.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe and effective transition of patients from the acute setting to the community, working closely with NHS Trusts to achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
