ICA Technician

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced ICA Technician to join our team at GRAHAM Group, a leading Total FM provider in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance activities on water, wastewater, and network water sites.
• Perform minor installations and troubleshoot technical issues associated with maintenance activities.
• Ensure the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including conducting point of work risk assessments.
• Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works.
• Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to ensure our clients are kept up to date.
• Pro-actively identify and report follow-on works.
• Undertake a range of electrical works, including planned maintenance, fault finding, and cause diagnosis.
• Assist other trades as required.
• Deal with clients on a daily basis, representing the company and being courteous and professional in all dealings.
• Work unsupervised in a large geographical area and prioritize workload.
• Participate in an on-call rota to provide regular out-of-hours cover.

About You

We are looking for an experienced ICA Technician with a recognized Electrical, ICA Craft, or Technician apprenticeship. You should have 12 months of experience in providing call-out services and hold a full UK driver's license. Desirable criteria include experience in ICA planned and reactive maintenance activities in the water industry, working around confined spaces, and holding a National Water Hygiene card.
