Our client, a leading property investment and development company, is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team. With a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, including serviced apartment blocks, housing estates, business centres, industrial estates, self-storage facilities, and international airport car parks, they offer a unique opportunity for a financial professional to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of management accounts using established templates from the previous month
- Creation of summary front papers with key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Analysis of the profit and loss account, providing explanations for variances to budget and driving business improvement
- Review of the balance sheet, reconciling key control accounts to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Cash Flow Forecasting - Management of accrual costs across various projects to support project managers in achieving their goals
- Processing of VAT Reverse Charges - Balancing monthly VAT and ensuring all ledgers are correctly balanced to maintain financial integrity
