Software Application Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Application Trainer to join our team at Nisyst. As a Software Application Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to customers across the UK, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our innovative EPoS products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to customers, either on-site or online, following customer-specific plans.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their training and support needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting installation issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support customer training and support.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to provide internal training on new software features and assist with software testing and developer feedback.
  • Arrange software upgrade schedules for customers and internal support.
Requirements:
  • A clean current driving license.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commercial and organisational focus, with a strong understanding of business and commercial issues.
  • Commitment to results, with a positive attitude and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work overnight, travel, and occasionally work weekends.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems 10,11 (Server OS, 2016 to 2022 would be an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • General knowledge of MS SQL would be an advantage.
