Job Type: Full-time/Permanent, Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting environmental sustainability and providing high-quality tree care services to clients across the UK. As an arborist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of trees, conducting assessments, and performing necessary tree care activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough tree inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Perform tree pruning, felling, and removal operations safely and efficiently using various equipment.
  • Plant and transplant trees, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
  • Apply appropriate treatments to trees for disease and pest control.
  • Operate and maintain arborist equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on tree care and management.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet client expectations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in arboriculture (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Arboriculture, NPTC certificates).
  • Proven experience in arboriculture and tree care.
  • Strong knowledge of tree biology, pest and disease management, and tree pruning techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety practices related to arboriculture.
