Job Overview:


We are seeking a Christmas Support Team member to join our team at Next. As a key part of our stock team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are beautifully presented and available to our customers throughout the holiday season.

Responsibilities:



  • Accurately process stock quickly to the highest standard, such as scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, putting stock away
  • Lociate, pack and promptly transfer stock in and out of store
  • Meet deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers at all times
  • Tak e control of your own development

Working Conditions:


This role involves working variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, especially during peak periods like Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. You may also have opportunities to work in other areas of the store within this role too.

Evidence of Right to Work:


In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.



Sponsorship:


This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met.



Estimate Salary Range:


£10,500 - £13,750 per year (based on a 6.5 hour shift pattern, 4-5 days per week).
