Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes
- Manage commercial resources, including budget planning and contract control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Provide expert guidance on contracts, including valuations, correspondence, and claims
- Deliver accurate cost and value data to inform business decisions
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance commercial acumen
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior commercial management and contractor procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners
- Experience managing large capital expenditure projects
- Proficiency in data analysis for financial reporting
