We are a multi-award-winning global culture and performance consultancy, partnering with clients on transformation journeys to unlock and strengthen the links between people, brand and customer. We are looking for a Culture Catalyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a background in human resources, learning and development, occupational psychology or a related field, with experience of building and managing relationships as part of a project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Providing hands-on consulting support across a range of projects
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results
