Children Services Manager

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Work professional to fill the role of Deputy Team Manager in our Children in Need Team.
In this position, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to children and families, working closely with the Team Manager, and providing supervision and guidance to Social Workers and Assistant Social Workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring Social Workers and Assistant Social Workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent services
- Collaborating with the Team Manager to develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives to improve service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Social Work professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional services to children and families. The salary range for this position is £63,800 - £71,865 per annum, dependent on experience.
