The ideal candidate will be a creative and driven Beverage Manager who can design and implement innovative beverage programming across all outlets, including the W Lounge, W Deck rooftop bar, SUSHISAMBA restaurant, Room Service, and wet-led activations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to manage department budgets, ensure compliance with liquor laws and licensing, and maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will work closely with outlet managers to devise steps of service and train staff accordingly, be the main point of contact for brand collaborations and partnerships, and maintain the hotel's brand voice in interactions with guests and talent.
