This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre and ensuring that all children receive a safe, happy, and engaging learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. They will also have a deep understanding of child development theories and practices, and be able to implement innovative and engaging educational programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,250 per annum, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities, paid annual leave, and a supportive work environment. The estimated salary range is £29,750 - £32,500 per annum, based on location and experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare centre
  • Leading a team of childcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing educational programmes
