About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant for a lady in Southport. The successful candidate will provide full-time support, assisting with daily living activities, such as continence care, medication administration, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  2. Assist with meal preparation and domestic duties
  3. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life
  4. Administer medication safely and as prescribed

Requirements:
  • ">* 2 years' experience in care work or a related field
    * Safeguarding Adults/Children training
    * Moving & Handling certification
    * Food Hygiene and Hand Hygiene knowledge
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts
