Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Pareto FM. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Clean washrooms and ensure they are well-stocked with toilet paper and soap
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners, safely and efficiently
- Carry out cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and Supervisor with agreed timescales
- Dust and tidy assigned areas, including offices, corridors, and other public areas
- Be punctual and attend for duty as requested
- Ensure chemical and cleaning products are handled and stored safely
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the highest standard of work and a positive team spirit
- Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues to the Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
