Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that caters to the needs of learners with profound and complex difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to create a challenging and ambitious learning environment that fosters growth and development in our students.
Key Skills:
- PGCE or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with profound and complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package
This permanent, full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of £31,650 - £49,084 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
