We are seeking a skilled Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team at EMBL's European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI). As part of the Cancer Grand Challenges team SAMBAI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge computational solutions for sequencing data analysis, with a focus on cancer inequities research.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our national and international collaborators to develop innovative methods for analysing high-throughput sequencing data sets and contribute to the understanding of cancer inequities in underserved populations of African descent.
