Job Summary

Citi is seeking a skilled Program Management Officer to join its Markets Execution & Transformation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of programs and projects across various Markets sales/trading desks and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the application of Citi's Enterprise Program and Project Management Policy and Standards across the Markets book of work
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of Markets-specific project and PMO guidelines
  • Assist with the identification, prioritization, and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders and project teams
  • Supervise, coach, and develop more junior PMO team members

Requirements

  • Experience of structured project management & PMO methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, in a proactive manner, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a cooperative and collaborative working environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • College/University degree education preferred
  • Experience of operating in a consulting (internal/external) capacity preferred
  • Formal Project Management/PMO certification preferred
