Year 3 Teacher Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team at a great school in Southeast England. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 3 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements
