About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Production Trainer to join our team at Interaction Scunthorpe. This is a permanent role with a 12-week probationary period, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote learning and development of the team, across different departments
  • Delivery of onsite inductions to new starters and contractors
  • Support in the development of SOPs across the site by engaging with department leads
  • Delivery of all SOPs to all departments
  • Continuous review of the quality of training, following up with department leads where required to update training appropriately
  • Delivery of bespoke training sessions
  • Maintaining and updating systems to ensure the training matrix is audit ready at any given moment
  • Conducting regular training audits
  • Organise external training courses through local providers and colleges
  • Train to be a SAP super user to support with SAP roll out across the business
  • Support the quality department in various QA tasks as and when required
Requirements
  • SAP experience desirable but not essential
  • Train the trainer certified
  • Strong background in adapting teaching styles to suit the trainee
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
  • Willingness to gain in depth knowledge across all departments in the business to be able to provide continuous support for new starters and existing employees alike
Working Hours and Salary

The working hours for this role are a 3 week rotating pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with weekend overtime as and when required. The salary for this role is £27,000+ per annum.
