We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Handyman to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Swindon, with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.



Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on a variety of tasks, including joinery, plumbing, and general maintenance. You will be working on void properties, supporting kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, and ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard.



Responsibilities and Experience


  • Working in occupied and void properties, including general maintenance works
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
  • Managing your own day and workload effectively
  • Delivering an outstanding service to customers, with a focus on providing a safe and secure living environment
  • FOLLOWING Health and Safety policies and standards
  • Requiring a full UK driving license


As a Multi Skilled Handyman, you will be trusted to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be responsible for managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will also be expected to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business.
