Senior Manager / Partner Designate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager / Partner Designate to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a significant client portfolio and driving the growth of our office through new client acquisition, business development, and team management.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the future development and direction of our firm. You will have a clear path to progression and Partner level, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sizable fee base of clients in a client-facing advisory capacity
  • Develop relationships with clients and drive the growth of our office through new client acquisition and business development
  • Lead and manage teams, playing a key role in their development and progression
  • Contribute to the future development and direction of our firm
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong career background in accounting, with ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications
  • Experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A clear understanding of the accounting industry and its trends
