Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve OKRs and KPIs
  • Oversee complex Enterprise book of business and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

As a Customer Success professional with 8-10+ years of experience, you will have a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be motivated by the opportunity to coach and mentor your team to achieve their individual targets and contribute to the success of our organization.
