Job Description: Folkestone Team Director

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Folkestone Team Director to join our team in Folkestone, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance targets and goals.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
