Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Participate in cleaning rotas and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents to address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred, with excellent training provided.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
• Positive energy, ability to work with people, and effective communication skills are required.

Safeguarding:

• Recognise signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action.
• Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training as required.
• Seek advice and report concerns, escalating if necessary.
