Purosearch is working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their 30 bed dementia service.

We are seeking a manager with a background in elderly and dementia care, who has been previously registered with CQC and has good knowledge of the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overall responsibility for the home's operations
  2. Staff management and recruitment
  3. Care planning, assessments, and bed management
  4. Budgeting, business development, and marketing
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of successful home management
  2. Background in dementia and complex care
  3. Hands-on, practical approach with a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
  4. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
