Job Summary:

Sure Call Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in the Nottingham area. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing client care schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care Coordination: Coordinate and manage client care schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and service quality.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, families, and care workers to assess needs and match clients with suitable care providers.
  • Record Keeping: Monitor and maintain accurate records of care delivery, client satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any changes in care requirements or emergencies.
  • Staff Support: Support and mentor care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Client Understanding: Good understanding of the needs of people who need care and support.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational skills- proven ability to plan and organise workloads effectively so that customers receive the services they expect and are safe.
  • Record Keeping: Ability to maintain clear and accurate written records and follow statutory reporting procedures.
  • Client Focus: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant IT systems.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
  • Criminal Record Check: A satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service formally known as the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
